I am located in Sydney’s inner west and use a number of local bricks and mortar locations to provide sessions in person. Whether you can afford a little or a lot of session time, we can meet to make sure you can make a start on the change you are looking for.

Short on time? Trouble with transport? Wrangling little ones (or larger ones) at home? Want to speak with someone who is far enough away to make things that bit more confidential? I’m happy to offer sessions via video conference only.

6-10 session interventions that use science made simple, clear language and identifying goals which will bring real improvement to your day to day. Timely and transparent feedback for your GP included.

Close collaboration with injured workers, health professionals, insurers, and workplaces. We will identify practical, evidence based, step by step approaches that genuinely build towards returning capacity, confidence & quality of life.
